We want you to feel informed before making any decision to buy anything from us or from any other store for that matter. It's so important to know what you're looking for before you spend your hard earned money so this is our first offering to you all - we hope it helps and as always, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to email or give us a call. We love meeting you all and chatting about our passion with you.

I can waffle on as you'll no doubt see through our videos so before I end up on yet another tangent here's our first tip -

Tip # 1 - Know your Seller

Sounds simple but you'd be amazed how many people buy crystal singing bowls from a marketplace like trademe or etsy or marketnz and end up with something they were disappointed with.

It's so, so important to know who you are buying from and what they're all about before spending your heard earned money. Remember the old saying - "all that glitters isn't gold"? Well it couldn't be more true for the crystal singing bowl market, unfortunately, especially with so many online stores and market places popping up over the past few years.

Just because something looks amazing in photos and is cheap in price, doesn't mean it's as good a deal as it might appear so please, please, please ask questions of the seller, find out about their products and pay attention to how they receive you and your questions. A lot of the time the way the seller treats you can be a helpful first step in determining if they're the place you'd feel comfortable buying from.

It's amazing what a little research will uncover about a store or seller so spend your time, not your money, on finding the seller that's right for you with the product you're actually wanting to buy. Don't be afraid to make your seller work for your business and prove their worth to you! If they're a reputable retailer they should have no problem taking care of your every question and need in a friendly and welcoming way.

So I hope that helps! Please feel free to get in touch any time if you have any questions about this post or our products, that's why we love chatting with you all. We also offer Zoom catch ups to anyone in NZ so that you can meet us and we can show you our sound healing products for you to hear and see for yourself - Dave
